What If Your Data is Leading You in the Wrong Direction?

What if the numbers you’ve been looking at in your marketing aren’t telling you the full story?

Here’s what I see with coaching CEOs all the time:
📌 They check reports, but the numbers don’t make sense
📌 They track traffic & leads, but have no idea what’s actually converting
📌 They want to use data to make decisions, but don’t trust what they see

That’s because tracking is broken in most businesses - yes, even in the small, medium, and enterprise-sized businesses I've worked with over my career. (A.K.A. The proving grounds where I've been testing and developing this framework to solve this issue with real-world results and business data.)

In my Measurement Maturity Framework, tracking is the part that turns raw data into real insights. It helps you:
✅ Set up better tracking (UTMs, GA4, events) so you’re measuring the right things
Fix the gaps that make your reports unreliable
✅ Stop looking at “default” analytics and start getting data you can actually use

So let me ask you:
