Today at 12pm ET - I'm sharing my systems on the AI Operator Panel

Hi, Reader!

I'm on in a few hours. The AI Operator panel goes live today, Thursday, at 12pm EDT, and this will be my last check-in for this round. (I've got some other events lined up, more news on that soon!)

If you're registered for Closed Door Talks, the earlier panels are already sitting in your private podcast feed, free through August 31. Worth a look if any of these names ring a bell:

  • Monday's Flops Panel - Sage Grayson, Jen Liddy, Braden Drake, Rosemary Dede, Theresa Heath-Wareing, Caryn Gillen, and Matt McWilliams open up about the flops that cost them and what turned into their best sellers.
  • Tuesday's Offer Evolution Panel - Holly Ostrout, Réland Logan, Sara Alepin, Kristin Lawton, and Diane Foy on how their signature offer looked on day one vs. now.
  • Wednesdays List & Email Panel - Liz Wilcox, Tracy Beavers, Amira Sake Irfan, Samantha Fine, Nadalie Bardo shared what's growing their lists right now (spoiler: a PDF lead magnet isn't it anymore).

Today is the AI Operator Panel I'm on, sharing the virtual stage with Dama Jue, Jamila Payne, Ruth Poundwhite, Monica Froese, Stephanie Blake, and Jodi Bourne to talk about the AI systems we've actually built, where things broke down the first time, and what we still do the old-fashioned way.

Each panelist is giving away a free resource this week, mine included, so it's worth registering even if you can't make today (or tomorrow's) sessions live. Registration is free through Friday if you, or your biz bestie, haven't signed up yet. There's also the private podcast access through the 31st so you can catch the replay of the panel on your own time.

Catch me live at 12pm EDT today. Grab your spot here:

P.S. Friday closes out the week with the Business Model Panel, in case today isn't the one for you. Even if you can't make it live, getting the private podcast is well worth it because I've gotten at least one thing out of each one of the other panels so far this week, so I'd at least check those out if AI isn't your thing.

Hi, Reader! If your feed looked like mine last week, you saw some version of "Claude is watermarking its text now," followed by a lot of speculation, a round of "I told you so" from folks who've been wary of AI all along, an equal round of "But the ideas are mine!" from the other direction, and a few people announcing they were switching tools. Keep in mind that social is always going to amplify the extremes on both sides in any situation. That's what gets engagement and keeps eyeballs on...

Hi, Reader! If I asked you right now where your last five to ten leads came from, what would you actually say? (Seriously, reply and let me know) For most service providers, it's some version of "I think Instagram," "maybe it was a referral," or "someone probably saw my newsletter." That's not tracking you can trust — it's a hedged bet you're staking your business on, masquerading as an answer. My latest video is about closing that gap. It walks through UTM parameters — the small tags you add...

Hi, Reader! Quick reminder: I'm premiering the UTM video live today at 3pm Central (1pm Pacific / 4pm Eastern). If you've ever heard someone tell you to "just add UTMs" and never explain what that actually means, I cover this answer completely in this video. I'll also be in the chat the whole time answering questions as they come up. 👉 Register Here for a reminder! See You There!
