Hi, Reader! If you've ever had the nagging sense that you're doing plenty of marketing but couldn't say for certain what's actually bringing in clients, you're the reason I made this. Google Analytics is where that answer starts. The catch is that most setup tutorials assume you've got a developer on call or a high tolerance for jargon. So I made one that doesn't. It's built specifically for coaches, consultants, and service providers, and if you can copy and paste, you can follow it. I also don't just have you click along blindly. I explain what each choice means as we go, including the privacy settings, so you understand what you're setting up and what you're agreeing to instead of taking someone's word for it. It's a proper walk-through, so settle in with a coffee. The actual setup takes under ten minutes. The rest is me making sure you know what you're doing and why, so you're never just clicking buttons and hoping they're right. In it, we get Google Analytics installed, collecting data, and verified working, plus the handful of setup choices that actually matter for how a service business runs. That includes your landing pages and cart, which is where most tutorials stop. This one is just the setup, turning the tool on. Knowing what it's telling you comes next, and I'll walk you through that in the videos rolling out over the coming weeks.
P.S. If the video helps, like it and tap subscribe while you're there. That's how the next steps in the series find you as they release, and it helps the channel reach more people who've been guessing at their marketing. You can click here to subscribe to my channel.

Hi, Reader! Someone told you to set up Google Analytics. Maybe your web designer installed it. Maybe it was a checkbox in a course. Either way, in all the telling you to install it, nobody ever fully explained why it's useful for a business like yours. That's what my latest post & video fixes, no techno-babble included. Inside I share: ✅ The real questions Google Analytics can answer for your business (spoiler: none of them involve follower counts)✅ Why the tool feels confusing on purpose,...
Hi, Reader! There's a piece of marketing advice I keep hearing that bugs me, and I want to call it out before I share what I made last week. Most advice for getting more visibility treats the problem like you need to buy new clothes every time you run out: more platforms, more content, more tactics. Nobody shows you how to look at what's already in your closet, find the pieces you actually wear and look good in, and build from there. If your marketing feels random right now, the problem...
Hi, Reader!Quick question: did you opt in to having your website content used to train AI models? I hadn't. And I didn't realize it until a cold email I almost ignored sent me down a rabbit hole I hadn't planned on going down. The email was pitching a "partnership" — vague enough to be suspicious, specific enough to make me go looking. What I found made me realize my content had likely been harvested to train AI models without my knowledge and without any expectation of being cited as a...
